1.全蛋用筷子打散後與黑糖、牛奶一起混合

2.將低筋麵粉、泡打粉全部倒入,用手略為混合,一邊加入核桃一邊揉合

3.用手揉成麵團後,放入冰箱冷藏20分鐘

4.冷藏後拿出來,按照自己想要的形狀放在烤盤上,切記形狀盡量要相同,以免烘烤不均勻

5.放入預熱好的烤箱用180度C烘烤20分鐘左右,這就是烤出來的樣子

(如果想做瓜子餅乾,只要將核桃改成去殼瓜子就可以了)
我跟妹妹的心得是:
沒有加奶油的餅乾真的好硬
吃起來像小林煎餅的味道
這種餅乾有個問題
如果糖加太少,感覺有點會有點像在吃沒有味道的硬麵團
下週應該會嘗試"花生醬餅乾"
