桂圓乾 75g
養樂多 1瓶 (就是這個神奇的養樂多讓桂圓蛋糕好吃的^_^)
小蘇打粉 1/4匙
蛋 3顆
糖 75g
低筋麵粉 150g
泡打粉 1/4匙
沙拉油 100g
碎核桃30g 烤乾(可利用預熱的時間)
烤箱190度 先烤17鐘 拿出烤盤前後轉向再烤8分鐘
1.先將桂圓乾切成碎顆粒加入養樂多煮沸後加入小蘇打粉後放涼
(建議將桂圓乾先稍微洗過) [每次用到桂圓乾都會想到戴安.......XD]

2.蛋三顆加入糖後用打蛋器打發,打到將打蛋器,蛋糊會慢慢低下
(我加打蛋器開全速,大約打7~10分鐘)

3.將沙拉油慢慢加入蛋糊中攪拌均勻

4.再來將麵粉跟泡打粉過篩後加入蛋糊中攪拌均勻

5.最後把剛剛 [1步驟] 的桂圓漿加入麵糊中,拌勻後倒入切碎的核桃乾

6.分裝到12個次小哈雷杯中 (也可在最後灑上一些核桃乾增加美觀)

7.放入烤箱嚕!別忘了烤17分鐘後要將烤盤前後轉向再烤,裡面跟外面的小蛋糕才會均勻喔!
