這是我從國中開始,沒事就愛做的蛋糕
今天就來個簡單教學吧 ^_^
材料:
低筋麵粉 100g
白砂糖 135g
蛋 3顆 (不冰的)
沙拉油 3大匙
牛奶 5大匙
塔塔粉 1/4匙(可用檸檬汁代替)
鹽 1/4匙
發粉 1茶匙
奶油少許 (塗蛋糕模用的)
烤箱180度 40分鐘左右
1.所有道具準備好 (那碗櫻桃不是材料...)

2.發粉 塔塔粉 鹽 可以先倒在一起

電動攪拌器最好還是要有不然打蛋白會打到想哭的

5.首先將奶油融化

30.沙拉油要慢慢的加進去,最好邊攪拌,因為沙拉油很不好溶進去
